I rang the shop to confirm some details and the lady who answered my call was polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
Apart from giving excellent advice, she also told me exactly how the bouquet and chocolates would look and when they would be delivered. True to her word, all was delivered on time and my daughter was delighted.
